Neighborhood Pride Leadership Survey

The City Of Columbus will be working with you to provide a wide variety of services during and after Neighborhood Pride Week.  But we need your help in identifying the specific needs of your neighborhood so we may serve you more effectively.

The City of Columbus—working with residents—will:

*Clean alleys

*Pick up litter in alleys

*Check and repair street lights

*Provide bulk trash collection

*Sweep streets on Thursday and

  Friday of Pride Week

*Paint fire hydrants

*Mow neighborhood parks, recreational

  areas and public right-of-way areas.

*Trim or remove problematic trees in

  the public right-of-way

*Provide information on immunization

  and other neighborhood health needs

*Work with residents to remove junk car

Please help us help you, start by completing the survey. You may either fill in the form below and e-mail it to Neighborhood Services for action or print the pdf version and fax it to the Neighborhood Services Section at (614) 645-2462.
